Update: Suspect involved in fatal South Palm Beach hit-and-run found 

SOUTH PALM BEACH, FL – As of Tuesday, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office confirmed they found the suspect responsible for a fatal hit-and-run crash, WPTV reported. 

To recap, this collision occurred after 6 p.m. on Friday on the 3500 block of South Ocean Boulevard when the suspect (who has been identified but whose name was not disclosed) had struck Hatixhe Laiqi, 73, of South Palm Beach, with their black GMC Terrain and then continued forth. 

Laiqui died from her injuries at the scene. 

Deputies said the vehicle was also found but made no mention of arrests or charges.
