Troopers investigate crash at I-95, Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach 

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a Wednesday night crash reported at the southbound I-95 and Okeechobee Boulevard interchange. 

Troopers were summoned to the scene at approximately 6:25 p.m. and arrived at precisely 7:01 p.m. They have not yet said the number and kind of vehicles involved, said if anyone suffered injuries, or revealed the contributing factors behind this collision.
