Tri-Rail train fatally strikes pedestrian in Lake Worth Beach  

LAKE WORTH BEACH, FL – A pedestrian lost their life when a Tri-Rail train collided with them on the railroad tracks along 7th Avenue North and Barnett Drive Sunday. 

This crash happened around 6 p.m., WPTV said. 

Palm Beach County Fire Rescue and Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office were both summoned to the crash site. Upon arrival, they declared the pedestrian, whose name was not released, dead at the scene.
