Three-vehicle crash leaves motorcyclist dead in Loxahatchee
LOXAHATCHEE, FL – A 23-year-old man was killed in Loxahatchee on Friday after his motorcyclist was involved in a crash with an SUV and a pickup truck.
According to WPTV, the accident occurred around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Royal Palm Beach Boulevard and Orange Grove Boulevard.
A Dodge Ram and a Kia SUV were both travelling north on Royal Palm Beach Boulevard as they passed the southbound motorcyclist in the Orange Grove Boulevard intersection.
For reasons that are not clear at this time, the motorcyclist lost control of his bike and veered into oncoming traffic, striking both the Dodge and the Kia. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Kia sustained minor injuries and the Dodge driver was unhurt.
