BOCA RATON, FL – A driver of a black 2023 BMX X5 Sport Utility Vehicle did not negotiate a curve on the I-95 south exit ramp, which led to a fatal rollover crash Friday.

The collision took place before 6 a.m. just before Congress Avenue, CBS 12 revealed. When the driver, a 38-year-old man, did not see the curve, he struck a curbed median, and the car flipped over, with the “back facing upwards.”

The man succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
