Police called to 2 separate collisions in West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Local police were summoned to the scene of two crashes Friday morning that resulted in major traffic congestion.

The first collision occurred around 8:15 a.m. Okeechobee Boulevard and Haverhill Road, CBS 12 reported.

The second crash took place at 8:45 a.m. at North Military Trail & Belvedere Road.

To accommodate the scene clearance and investigation process, authorities shut down the two eastbound lanes of Okeechobee and Haverhill. However, they did not report any lane closures for the second collision.

Crews were able to clear the scene of both incidents around 9:15 a.m. but have yet to reveal the exact cause of these incidents.
