Pedestrian killed in Port St. Lucie
PORT ST. LUCIE, FL – A 72-year-old man was killed in Port St. Lucie after being struck by a vehicle on Wednesday morning, CW 34 reports.
The crash occurred around 7:15 p.m. along Southeast Charleston Drive. The victim was walking south along the road when he was struck from behind by a Kia Sorrento.
He was airlifted to a hospital, where he later passed away.
