One killed in Boca Raton crash
BOCA RATON, FL – A 44-year-old man from Fort Myers was killed in an accident in Boca Raton on Monday morning, NBC 2 reports.
The accident occurred around 1:45 a.m. near the intersection of N. Federal Highway and NE 70th Street. The victim lost control of his vehicle and left the road, hitting a street sign and a fire hydrant before being ejected from his vehicle.
No other cars were involved in the crash. At this time, it is unclear why the man’s vehicle left the road.
The driver was pronounced dead at this scene.
