One injured in train vs. pedestrian crash in North Miami Beach

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL – A pedestrian was hurt after getting hit by a train in North Miami Beach around 5 p.m. Wednesday. 

The collision happened at Northeast 163rd Street and 23rd Avenue, North Miami Beach PD tweeted. 

Drivers are asked to avoid the area. 

Police have not indicated the cause of the crash, nor did they reveal the pedestrian’s name and condition.
