NFL Quarterback Dwayne Haskins killed on Fort Lauderdale highway
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Dwayne Haskins, a professional quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, was killed after being hit by a truck in Fort Lauderdale, ESPN reports.
Haskins was walking across the westbound lanes of 595 when he was struck by a dump truck. It is unclear why he was walking on the highway.
Haskins was 24 years old. He was in Florida to train with his teammates.
