Motorcycle occupants fatally struck by vehicle in Miami 

MIAMI, FL – A male motorcyclist and a woman riding with him lost their lives after they were struck by an oncoming vehicle in the Brownsville area Sunday. 

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue told Local 10 the collision happened near Northwest 56th Street and Northwest 32nd Avenue and declared the victims perished at the scene.

The Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office said the driver, who stayed at the scene, was detained. Deputies did not say why they apprehended the motorist or released the victims’ names.
