Man, 64, dies after getting hit by his pickup truck in Atlantis

ATLANTIS, FL – A 64-year-old man died after he was run over by his own 2006 Chevy Silverado pickup truck outside of his home in the Seminole Manor area Monday.

This crash happened around 12:45 p.m. in the 3230 block of Buccaneer Road, according to WPTV. The man — Dwayne Kenneth Musselman — tried to use his own truck to remove a tree stump. The truck “was out properly placed” when Musselman was outside of it. Since the truck was not properly placed, it began to roll backwards down the hill and then struck Musselman.

He succumbed to fatal wounds at the scene.
