Man, 64, critically injured in e-scooter crash in Miami
MIAMI, FL – A 64-year-old man was thrown from his e-scooter after a crash, leading him to suffer critical, life-threatening injuries Tuesday, WSVN reported.
This collision happened at the Southwest 27th Avenue and Coral Way intersection. Debris resulted from the crash, and the fender suffered significant damage.
First responders took the scooter rider to Ryder Trauma Center for treatment.
Officials, including Miami Fire Rescue, closed the area, the eastbound and westbound lanes of Coral Way, along with some southbound lanes for the scene clearance and investigation process.
