Man, 46, fatally strikes parked truck in West Palm Beach
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – A 46-year-old man was rushed to a local hospital, where he died on Friday after he crashed into a parked pickup truck while turning left.
WPBF said this collision took place before 9:30 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of northbound Seminole Boulevard and Genessee Avenue when the 46-year-old man driving a Honda had drifted off the road and crashed into the truck that was”properly” and legally parked.
An eyewitness noticed at 11:39 p.m. that the 46-year-old man seemed to be not alright as his body appeared to be planted on the floor, with his foot placed right outside the door. EMS crews hurried him to the medical facility where he would perish. Officials have not released the victim’s identity or stated other information at this time.
