Man, 20, dead following head-on crash in Pompano Beach
POMPANO BEACH, FL – A motorcyclist’s life was claimed in a crash on NW Seventh Court Sunday afternoon, CBS 12 News reported.
The motorcyclist overtook a vehicle in a no-pass zone and collided head-on with a southbound 2005 Ford Mustang. Officials said he was not impaired and was not speeding.
The motorcyclist was thrown from his vehicle and was not wearing a helmet or other protective gear. The 20-year-old man was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
