Left-turn collision in Fort Lauderdale claims woman’s life 

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – A female driver lost her life after turning left and then collided with a Fort Lauderdale Police car Saturday, CBS News reported. 

This collision happened around 1 a.m. in the 1100 block of Northwest 9th Avenue. After arriving, first responders rushed the woman to Broward Medical Center, where she died. 

An ambulance also took the police officer to Broward Medical. There, he received treatment for non-life-threatening wounds and has since been released.
