Hit-and-run driver fatally strikes 91-year-old woman in Greenacres 

GREENACRES, FL – A 91-year-old woman had succumbed to fatal injuries after she was struck by the driver of a Nissan Murano who fled the scene Sunday. 

This collision happened before 9:30 p.m. at the eastbound 10th Avenue North and Walker Avenue intersection, WPTV reported. Upon arrival, first responders declared the woman — Illodia Phadael, 91 — dead at the scene. 

Officials believe the Nissan was a 2015 or newer model. They are investigating the details of this collision and have not provided other information at this time.
