FHP investigates hit-and-run near SR 704 in West Palm Beach 

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances behind a hit-and-run collision reported on I-95 south of Okeechobee Boulevard (SR 704) Friday.  

Troopers were distracted to the scene, the southbound lanes, at 8 a.m. and arrived at the collision site at approximately 8:09 a.m. FHP has not provided a description of the hit-and-run suspect, said what kind of vehicle they were driving, or whether anyone sustained injuries or was hospitalized. 

Updates will be added should new developments become available.
