FHP investigates FL’s Turnpike hit-and-run in West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances behind a hit-and-run crash that happened on Florida’s Turnpike North Monday. 

FHP was dispatched to the scene at 7:57 p.m., and arrived at the scene at 8:47 p.m. Troopers did not block any lanes.However, drivers approaching the area may want to proceed with caution as crews work to clear the scene and as FHP continues their investigation. 

Officials have not released a description of the suspect and their vehicle at this time, said if anyone was injured or needed to go to the hospital.
