FHP investigates crash at I-95, Okeechobee Blvd. 

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Troopers are investigating the circumstances behind a crash reported at 7:27 p.m. Thursday on the I-95 South off-ramp connecting to Okeechobee Boulevard.  

FHP arrived at the scene at 7:33 p.m. They have not revealed the exact cause of this collision or said if anyone was injured or needed to go to a hospital.
