Crash in Greenacres results in woman’s death

GREENACRES, FL – A two-vehicle collision resulted in a woman’s death Thursday evening in Greenacres, WFTL reports. 

The fatal crash occurred at the intersection of Silver Buttonwood Drive and 10th Avenue North.

The victim was driving southbound in a 2012 Nissan Maxima when she attempted to make a left turn from Silver Buttonwood Drive onto 10th Avenue North.

In the intersection, she collided with a 2005 Chevrolet Colorado. She was rushed to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the Chevrolet was uninjured.
