Boy, 17, critically hurt in Port St. Lucie rear-end crash
PORT ST. LUCIE, FL – A 17-year-old boy was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition after crashing his black Honda motorcycle into the back of a white Honda Tuesday.
The collision occurred before 4 p.m. on Southeast Hallahan Street, according to CBS12. A preliminary finding showed that a driver of a white Honda was backing out of a driveway when the motorcyclist hit the back of the vehicle.
The impact caused the 17-year-old boy to be thrown from his bike. While the motorcyclist suffered critical, life-threatening injuries, the other driver was unharmed.
