Authorities respond to major collision on southbound I-95 in West Palm Beach
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Commuters faced long delays Thursday morning, January 2, on Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach following a significant crash, according to CBS 12.
The wreck took place on the southbound side of I-95 near Exit 71 to Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, just west of the Tanger Outlets West Palm Beach shopping center. It was first reported by Florida 511 at about 4:10 a.m.
No information indicating the number of vehicles involved or the circumstances of the wreck has been shared, but officials have not announced any injuries or hospitalizations.
By 8:00 a.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway.
