At least one closed at I-195, Biscayne Blvd. in Miami 

MIAMI, FL – At least one lane is currently closed at the eastbound I-195 and Biscayne Boulevard interchange due to a crash, Florida Highway Patrol said. 

Troopers said they were dispatched to the scene after 5:30 p.m. and arrived after 6 p.m. They have not specified the events leading to this collision, nor have they said when all lanes would reopen.
