At least 1 hurt in crash on Florida’s Turnpike South in Boca Raton 

BOCA RATON, FL – At least one person sustained injuries in a collision on the southbound lanes of Florida’s Turnpike at mile marker 79 Monday. 

Florida Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene at approximately 5:24 p.m. and arrived at the scene around 5:36 p.m. 

It is not immediately clear what led to this crash, nor have officials released the number of people and vehicles involved. In addition, they have not indicated if the sustained injuries were minor, moderate, or serious.
