Ambulance, SUV wreck along PGA Golf Club sends 5 to hospital  

PORT ST. LUCIE, FL – A paramedic, an ambulance driver, and three occupants from the SUV were hospitalized after their vehicles collided along PGA Golf Club Monday. 

This crash happened around 8 a.m. off I-95 just before the entrance to the club, according to CBS 12. 

The St. Lucie County Fire District said the ambulance driver and paramedic were left with non-life-threatening wounds, and their ambulance was significantly damaged as a result. 

Port St. Lucie Police launched an investigation and have not shared other details at this time
