Accident shuts down SR-826 NB onramp in west Miami

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL — Authorities were called to a vehicle wreck late Sunday afternoon on a State Route 826 entrance ramp in west Miami, according to FL511 Southeast.

The accident impacted the ramp connecting westbound Southwest 40th Street to northbound SR-826, near Coral Terrace. It was first reported shortly before 4:46 p.m.

Following the event, no information about the cause or nature of the wreck has been released. It was not immediately apparent whether anyone was hurt and/or had to be taken to a hospital.
