1 hospitalized after car-train wreck in West Palm Beach 

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – EMS crews transported one person to a hospital following a collision between a red car and a Trail-Rail train Thursday. 

The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. at the railroad tracks located at the intersection of Okeechobee Boulevard and Parker Avenue, WPTV reports. 

Authorities said the car got caught under the crossing arms when they were struck by the train. 

Officials did not have to issue any lane closures after pulling up to the scene.
