FHP investigates semi rollover crash in Hialeah  

HIALEAH, FL – Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances behind a semi-truck rollover crash that injured at least one person Wednesday. 

This serious collision took place around 2 a.m. close to the intersection of northbound U.S. 27 and Krome Avenue, according to NBC Miami. FHP shut down the right lane to accommodate the scene clearance and investigation period. Video footage indicated that several items spilled from the truck and made their way into the grassy area. 

Officials summoned a tow truck to the crash site, and have yet to provide a definitive answer regarding the exact cause of this collision or state whether anyone had to go to the hospital.
