FHP summoned to FL’s Turnpike crash in Port St. Lucie 

PORT ST. LUCIE, FL – Florida Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of a crash at 8:36 p.m. Friday on the northbound lanes of Florida’s Turnpike. 

FHP arrived at the scene at 8:49 p.m. While they have not issued lane closures, they did tell drivers to proceed with caution as crews work to clear the area from crash debris and as officials pursue their investigation. 

At this time, officials have not stated the exact cause of this crash, or said whether anyone was injured or hospitalized.
