Fire crews free driver from overturned trash truck in Miami-Dade Co.
MIAMI-DADE CO., FL – Miami-Dade Fire Rescue extricated a driver from their overturned trash truck before an ambulance transported them to a hospital Monday.
This solo collision happened around 11 a.m. on the northbound lanes of Florida’s Turnpike near NW 106th Street, according to Local10.
After arriving, crews also shut down the left lanes on the Turnpike so crews could clean up the fuel spill and for the investigation process.
Officials have not released other details at this time, including the driver’s current condition.
