FHP trooper slams into fence in Sweetwater 

SWEETWATER, FL – A Florida Highway Patrol trooper lost control of his car, leading him to crash into a fence in the Fontainebleau area Wednesday. 

This collision happened around 7:45 a.m. in the vicinity of Flagler Street and NW 114th Avenue, according to WSVN. Additional details show the trooper lost control of his car after pursuing a white SUV. Despite the nature of this crash, the trooper was spared from injuries. 

The driver of the white SUV had eventually stopped in the 10800th block of Northwest Seventh Street and bailed. 

The SUV was towed away.
