Police respond to injury crash on SW 177th at US-41

MIAMI, FL – Police were dispatched to the scene of an accident involving injuries at the intersection of SW 177th Ave/Hwy 997 and US-41 and this afternoon.

The Florida State Highway Patrol received reports of the incident at 2:45 p.m. and arrived a half hour later. While the incident was initially reported as blocking southbound traffic on 177th, the roadblock has since been removed.

The specifics of the injuries are unknown at this time. We will provide updates should they become available.
