Pedestrian critically hurt in West Palm Beach hit-and-run crash 

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – A woman was left in critical condition after crossing the 1300 block of Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard and getting hit by a hit-and-run driver Monday. 

This collision occurred before 9:45 p.m., according to The Palm Beach Post. Police said a person driving a pickup truck traveled at a high rate before hitting the woman and fleeing the scene. 

Officials said the pedestrian — an unidentified black woman in her 20s or 30s — was thrown 150 feet as a result, and then taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center for treatment. 

Police described the suspect’s vehicle as a dark Nissan Titan Pro-4X pickup truck with visible front-end damage.
