3 hurt, 1 killed in 3-vehicle wreck in West Palm Beach
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – A multi-vehicle collision on Northlake Boulevard injured three people and claimed one life before 5 p.m. Monday.
According to CBS 12, the driver of a Dodge RAM 1500 pickup truck lost control of the vehicle and swerved off the road. The pickup truck driver – 26-year-old William Maurice O’Neill – struck a Lincoln Town Car head-on. The Lincoln then hit an Infiniti G37.
The Infiniti driver – 23-year-old Evan Alden Leiva – sustained minor injuries. O-Neil and the passenger with him – 19-year-old Adam Ahmed – also suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the Lincoln Town Car, 58-year-old Daryl Brian Oliveira, was flown by helicopter to St. Mary’s Hospital, where he succumbed to fatal injuries.
No charges are pending at this time. Police are investigating additional details.
