Left turn crash kills 2, injures officer in West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Two died, and a Riviera Beach Police Officer was hospitalized with serious injuries after a left turn crash around Sunday, WPBF reports. 

The collision happened around 1 a.m. at the 13th Street and North Australian Avenue junction when the driver was turning left, and the on-duty Riviera Beach police officer struck the car’s passenger side. 

The two occupants of the car were pronounced dead at the scene. The officer’s current condition was not disclosed.
