Woman, 25, dies after crashing into pole in West Palm Beach 

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – A 25-year-old woman was killed when she crashed her 2014 Nissan Sentra car into a utility pole on the 5400 block of Summit Boulevard Sunday. 

The Palm Beach Post said this collision happened around 6 a.m. on the westbound lanes. It is unclear why the driver – Cynthia Hernandez – went from the eastbound lanes to the westbound lanes. She died at the scene.
