2 injured in crash involving Palm Beach County deputy in Jupiter

JUPITER, FL – According to WPTV5 News, two people were injured in an accident involving a Palm beach County deputy in Jupiter on Thursday morning.

The crash was reported shortly before 6:00 a.m. on Indiantown Road near Florida’s Turnpike. Authorities say a driver of a truck crashed into a deputy’s patrol car near the intersection, leaving both the truck driver and the deputy injured.

Both drivers were transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center for treatment.The driver of the truck’s injuries required surgery.
