Pedestrian struck, killed while walking on I-95
BOCA RATON, FL – WPTV5 News reports that a pedestrian was struck and killed by two vehicles while walking along I-95 in Boca Raton on Sunday.
The accident took place shortly after 6:30 a.m. near Exit 15 for Glades Road. Authorities say a 2020 Ford utility truck and a 2015 Hyundai car were heading southbound on I-95 while a male pedestrian was walking along the inside lane. The pedestrian was initially struck by the front of the Ford truck and was then crashed into with a front bumper of the Hyundai.
The pedestrian was killed in the impact and pronounced dead at the scene. The drivers involved were not injured in the accident.
