4 injured in bus-car crash near Port St. Lucie
NEAR PORT ST. LUCIE, FL – One person from a red car was seriously hurt, and three people from a bus sustained minor wounds after their vehicles collided along Witham Field on Friday, Feb. 23rd.
Martin County Fire Rescue said this collision happened after 7:30 a.m. at the northbound Southeast Indian Street and Southeast Dixie Highway junction. As indicated in the photos, the red car was completely damaged, and the driver was either entrapped or pinned and extricated.
Currently, only northbound lanes are open at SE Indian St & SE Dixie Hwy after a #crash involving a public bus & a car.
It happened just after 7:30 am & caused significant traffic delays.
