3 lives claimed, 1 hurt in plane wreck in Boca Raton 

BOCA RATON, FL – Three people lost their lives, and one person was hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries after a plane crash on North Military Trail Friday. 

Boca Raton Police said the collision happened between Northwest 19th Street and Butts Road and called for closures which were put into effect after 10:45 a.m.

At 1:08 p.m., closures still lingered on. 

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) will be leading the investigation. 

The contributing factors behind the wreck and the victims’ identities have not been disclosed.
