Mother of fatal South Bay crash victim files lawsuit

A relative of one of the four people who died in a multiple vehicle accident recently filed a lawsuit in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, an article of palmbeachpost.com reported on August 5.

According to reports, Maria Sotolongo is pursuing compensations amounting to $75,000 after her 39-year-old daughter was killed in a car accident in March. Sotolongo’s daughter was among the four people killed in an accident on U.S. 27, involving two tractor-trailer trucks and a pickup truck. Reports revealed that the collision occurred after one of the trailers of the trucks broke free. Aside from the drivers of the tractor trailers, three companies were also identified as defendants in the lawsuit.
